Zahiq provides managed AI phone receptionist services to businesses in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to info@zahiq.com.

Through this website: the details you submit in the demo request form (name, company, phone number, email address, business type and any message you include).

Through the live voice demo, if you start one: the audio of your conversation with the demo agent, processed to run the call and improve the service.

Through the service we operate for clients: call audio, transcripts, summaries and booking details handled on behalf of the client business that receives the call. For that data we act on the client's instructions.

We use contact details to respond to your request, schedule demos and provide the service. We use call data to deliver the receptionist service we were engaged for: answering, booking, transferring calls and producing transcripts and summaries for the business you called. We do not sell personal data.

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Where consent is required, it is obtained in the call flow or at the point of collection. Where we process data for a client business, that business is the controller and we process data on its behalf.

Call data is processed and stored on the secure cloud infrastructure of the service providers the service runs on (telephony, voice processing and hosting), which may be located outside the UAE; where personal data is transferred across borders we rely on the safeguards the PDPL provides for. We share data only with those providers, with the client's own calendar or CRM systems as configured, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores only your language and theme preference in your browser's local storage; neither leaves your device.

Subject to the PDPL, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Email info@zahiq.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be noted on this page.
