Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and, together with your service agreement, the managed AI receptionist service provided by Zahiq. By using the website or the service you accept these terms.

Zahiqconfigures and operates AI phone receptionists for client businesses: answering inbound calls, booking appointments, integrating with the client's calendar and CRM, following up on WhatsApp where configured, and transferring complex calls to the client's staff. Plans, minute allowances and setup fees are described on the pricing section of this website and confirmed in each client's service agreement.

The service may only be used for lawful business purposes. Clients must not use it for unsolicited outbound marketing in breach of UAE telecommunications regulations, for recording calls without the notice or consent the law requires, or for any activity that violates the rights of callers.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information the agent is trained on (services, prices, policies and availability) and for telling us promptly when it changes. Clients remain responsible for their own obligations to their customers, including under the UAE PDPL.

The AI receptionist handles routine, high-volume calls and escalates the rest to the client's team. It is not a substitute for professional, medical or legal advice, and it does not handle emergency calls. Availability targets and support terms for Enterprise plans are set in the applicable service agreement.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Zahiq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or the service, and its total liability under a service agreement is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
